Welcome to AshleyNotes. These Terms are a simple set of rules that allow us to maintain a clean, high-end space for your Notes. By using AshleyNotes, you’re agreeing to these terms.
Our Mission
AshleyNotes exists to give your ideas a home. We provide a professional environment for people to share Notes without the typical noise of the internet. Our goal is to provide you the Freedom to think.
Being a Member
To keep our community safe and authentic, we ask that you are at least 14 years old. We also ask that you provide accurate information when you join and keep your login details private. This is a space for real people, so we rely on you to help keep your account secure.
Your Notes, Your Rights
You own everything you create on AshleyNotes. Because we are a social space, when you share a Note, you give us permission to host, store, and show that content to others on the platform. This permission ends the moment you delete your Note or close your account.
The Golden Rules
To keep AshleyNotes a sanctuary for everyone, we have a few non-negotiable rules:
- No Bots:This is a space for humans. We don't allow automated tools to scrape or manipulate our feed.
- No Harassment:We value respect. Any content that is illegal, threatening, or designed to harass others has no place here.
- No Shortcuts:APlease don't try to bypass our security or impersonate others. Authenticity is our foundation.
Parting Ways
You are free to leave AshleyNotes at any time by deleting your account. We also reserve the right to pause or end your access if these rules are broken or if your actions create a risk for the rest of the community.
The Fine Print
We work hard to make AshleyNotes fast and secure, but we provide the service "as is." While we do our best to protect the platform, we aren't responsible for what other users might post or for any unexpected loss of data.
