You retain ownership of the notes you post. However, to operate a global feed, you grant AshleyNotes a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your content to our community.

We maintain strict rules against bot manipulation, harassment, and illegal activities. AshleyNotes is a space for humans. Violation of these terms will result in immediate account termination to protect our users.

4. Limitation of Liability

AshleyNotes is provided "as is." While we strive for perfection, we are not liable for any interruptions in service or inaccuracies in user-generated content.
